Straight to the Heart of the Migration
Five days, no wasted ones. Day one drops you 600 m into the Ngorongoro Crater — over 30,000 animals in a single caldera, including black rhino, huge lion prides and thousands of flamingos on Lake Magadi.
From there you head north through the Serengeti to the Mara region, where the herds gather to cross a river full of Nile crocodiles. Two full days there give you a genuine chance at a crossing, then you fly out from Kogatende straight to Kilimanjaro.

Day 1
Arusha – Ngorongoro Crater Safari
An early pickup from your Arusha hotel and the drive to Ngorongoro, descending 600 m onto the crater floor with a picnic lunch. Black rhino, lion, elephant and flamingo all in a single day, then up to a rim lodge for the night.

Day 2
Ngorongoro to Serengeti National Park
Travel west into the Serengeti with game viewing throughout the four to six-hour journey across the southern and central plains, then an afternoon game drive on arrival.

Fly Kogatende to Kilimanjaro – Departure
