Day 01: Arrive Kilimanjaro International Airport

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, and transfer to Arusha

Arusha is Situated at the foot of the beautiful Mount Meru; Arusha is known as the safari capital of Tanzania’s Northern Safari Circuit. It’s a bustling city filled with an interesting mix of markets, chaotic traffic, old colonial buildings and modern conveniences, like coffee farms and shops and an array of great Hotels and restaurants

Day 02: Arusha/Tarangire National Park

Morning drive to Tarangire National Park for game drive, Picnic lunch.The park is famous for its high density of elephants and baobab trees. Visitors to the park in the June to November dry season can expect to see large herds of thousands of zebra, wildebeest and cape buffalo. Other common resident animals include waterbuck, giraffe, dik dik, impala, eland, Grant’s gazelle, vervet monkey, banded mongoose, and olive baboon. Predators in Tarangire include lion, leopard, cheetah, caracal, honey badger, and African wild dog.

Day 03: Tarangire National Park/ Lake Manyara National Park/ Karatu

Lake Manyara National Park is dominated by a shallow, alkaline lake at the base of the Rift Valley escarpment. It is famous for its tree-climbing lions and large elephant herds. The park entrance leads to a jungle-like groundwater forest, which is home to large numbers of olive baboons and blue monkeys. A thrilling 370-meter (1,200-foot)-long treetop walkway offers a bird’s-eye view into this unique habitat.

Day 04: Karatu/ Serengeti National Park

The focus of most safaris in northern Tanzania, Serengeti National Park is renowned as the arena for the world’s greatest mammal migration. Even away from this iconic wildlife spectacle, the Serengeti’s sheer density of animals makes for incredible wildlife viewing throughout the year. The southern plains near Seronera are the most popular, but it’s also worth exploring the Western Corridor and Mara River regions.

Day 05: Full Day Serengeti National Park

Full day Exploring Serengeti National Park. Picnic lunch  

The Serengeti supports an incredible abundance and diversity of wildlife, from the Big Five (although black rhinos are rarely seen) to giraffes, cheetahs, spotted hyenas, black-backed jackals, warthogs, and a huge variety of antelope. The Grumeti and Mara Rivers are home to grunting hippos and gigantic prehistoric-looking crocs, known for their feeding frenzy during the annual wildebeest river crossings. Serengeti National Park offers what many consider the essence of an African safari. Massive animal herds march across the wide-open savannah as far as you can see, while predators never fail to add drama to this idyllic scene.

Day 06: Serengeti National Park/ Ngorongoro Crater/ Karatu

A visit to the Ngorongoro Crater is an experience of a lifetime. As the world’s only intact caldera, the crater is the top attraction of the 8,292km²/3,202mi² Ngorongoro Conservation Area. There are few places that have comparable wildlife densities. It is not unusual to see the Big Five in one day here. And all this is in the most amazing setting with a backdrop of the 600m-/1,968ft-high crater wall.

Day 07: Karatu/ Arusha/ Kilimanjaro International Airport

Transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport via Arusha, lunch in Arusha then transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your International flight.
